The Commercial 9.9 programmable elliptical cross trainer by NordicTrack is a robust, durable and multifunctional equipment with a flywheel at the front, designed for intensive training at home. The elliptical cross trainer has all the parameters and functions necessary for a varied training. The user will definitely pay attention to the additional equipment in the form of a 7 "color touch screen controlling the training parameters and allowing the selection of training programs from 24 that are available without an active iFit® membership. The elliptical cross trainer has 22 levels of magnetic resistance, wide non-slip skids and comfortable, contoured handles .

DISPLAY: 7 ”color touchscreen. Controls training parameters and allows you to select training programs. The wide viewing angle of the display allows you to freely read speed, distance, time, pulse and calorie consumption.

Each training session is conducted by a personal trainer, and the speed or incline regulation is automatically adjusted depending on the chosen route.



WORKOUT PROGRAMS - BASIC VERSION: Without an active iFit membership, 24 training programs are available.

TRAININGS WITH COACHES: Workouts are divided into various types of activities: walking, running, marching, cycling, elliptical exercises and general development exercises, apart from the purchased equipment. The free version includes running, walking and marching samples.

During the exercises, the trainer encourages people to make further progress on an ongoing basis, and tells the story and interesting facts of the region. He constantly instructs us on what to be careful about or what technique to use depending on the terrain. He can stop and show waterfalls, canyons or small ducklings crossing the street. The equipment itself adjusts the speed and slope according to the route profile, but we can constantly adjust it (decrease or increase the values) at our discretion.

INTERVALS: Interval training is characterized by a large change in training speed and intensity. It involves running a certain distance quickly, increasing your pulse rate and then recovering from it, and then repeating the cycle a few times. In addition to improving respiratory efficiency, it allows us to better understand the limits of our capabilities and regenerate the body after maximum effort.

CALORIE BURN: The main goals of the programs are grading altitude and speed to maximize calories burned. The programs assume ascents with the maximum slope value.

INCLINE training: Incline training is a climbing exercise or incline training. The program is characterized by high variability (from negative to maximum value) and the frequency of changes in altitude. The goal of training is to increase your VO2 max and make it easier for you to run on a variety of terrain.

TRAINING ON THE MAP: Interactive programs with maps allow you to run in the selected terrain. The iFit program, using Google Maps data, generates distance and altitude variability. Sample 2 maps are uploaded by the manufacturer. In the paid version, we can choose the places we know or would like to visit. An additional advantage of the programs with maps is the possibility of observing our run on a map, satellite view or Google Street View photos.

These 24 programs are enough to start your adventure with training and the iFit platform. It is important that the user of the treadmill has access to the Internet. Only thanks to an active Internet connection will you be able to use the above programs. If the connection is inactive, the user will only be able to use the manual mode.





TRAINING PROGRAMS - VERSION WITH ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP:

As in the basic version, we have the possibility to use trainings in various categories, but the number of programs, duration and their variety are much greater. Each training (except for the manual mode and user-designed mode on the map) is led by a trainer who instructs you how to run or what technique to use during the exercises.

FIELD TRAININGS: 1650 workouts are divided into types of activities as in the basic version. Here, however, the user gets full access and can choose from categories such as: series of workouts (long segment divided into shorter videos), speed exercise, weight loss, intervals, endurance.

LIVECAST STUDIO ™: With these training sessions, the user has the opportunity to participate in group activities at home. Trainers together with other participants perform various exercises and tasks on specific equipment.

STRENGTH TRAININGS: The trainer helps you to perform effective strength training. You can choose exercises for the upper or lower body, abdomen, and the whole.

REGENERATION: A set of workouts that support the body's regeneration process. The user can choose from yoga, stretching and mobility exercises, as well as walking or regenerating runs.

INTERNATIONAL: Over 150 workouts available in Chinese, Italian, Spanish and French.
